This recipe contains 116 Kilo Calorie. And can be good serving during breakfast in hot summers.

Ingredients :-
  • Milk (skimmed) - 200ml
  • Apple / Papaya - 50gm
  • Equal / Sugar Free - To taste
Method :-
  • Chop the apple or papaya.
  • Add it to the milk and blend.
  • Refridgerate it to chill.
  • Serve chilled with equal tablets.
