Ingredients
:-
Milk (skimmed) - 200ml
Apple / Papaya - 50gm
Equal / Sugar Free - To taste
Method
:-
Chop the apple or papaya.
Add it to the milk and blend.
Refridgerate it to chill.
Serve chilled with equal tablets.
