Green Pea Parathas
A healthy tasty dish, that dish which every one would like.
MAKE 5 PARATHAS
Ingredients
:-
1\2 cup whole-wheat flour
1\2 cup green peas, boiled
1 to2 green chillies, finely chopped
1-tablespoon low fat curd
1\8 teaspoon ajwain
Salt & Pepper - to taste
1teaspoon oil for cooking
Method
:-
Puree the green peas into a smooth paste in blender.
Combine the ingredients and knead into soft dough using enough water.
Devide the dough into 5 equal portions.
Roll out each portion and cook into nonstick pan using little oil.
