Green Pea Parathas
A healthy tasty dish, that dish which every one would like.
MAKE 5 PARATHAS

Ingredients :-
  • 1\2 cup whole-wheat flour
  • 1\2 cup green peas, boiled
  • 1 to2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1-tablespoon low fat curd
  • 1\8 teaspoon ajwain
  • Salt & Pepper - to taste
  • 1teaspoon oil for cooking

Method :-
  • Puree the green peas into a smooth paste in blender.
  • Combine the ingredients and knead into soft dough using enough water.
  • Devide the dough into 5 equal portions.
  • Roll out each portion and cook into nonstick pan using little oil.
